TERMS OF SERVICE

​Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the online group training and online personal training services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by our company. Users shall agree to these Terms and use the Services.

​Article 2 (User Registration)

  1. Those wishing to use the Services shall agree to these Terms and apply for user registration in accordance with the procedures specified by our company.

  2. Upon approval of the user registration by our company, the applicant will obtain user status.

​Article 3 (Age Restrictions)

  1. The Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over.

  2. If individuals under the age of 18 use the Services, parental or guardian consent is required. In such cases, the parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and bear all responsibility on behalf of the user.

​Article 4 (Use of Communication Equipment)

  1. The Services are provided using the video conferencing system of Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Zoom").

  2. Our company shall not be liable for any malfunctions or issues arising from Zoom's system.

​Article 5 (Service Fees and Payment Methods)

  1. The fees for using the Services shall be as specified in the fee schedule separately determined by our company.

  2. Users shall pay the service fees using the payment methods designated by our company.

  3. The service fees may be subject to change at our company's discretion. The revised fees will take effect upon being posted on our company's website.

​Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

  2. Acts that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties

  3. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Services

  4. Sharing recorded videos provided through the Services with third parties or uploading them to social media

  5. Inappropriate participation in the opposite gender's group or any conduct that makes other users uncomfortable

​Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. Our company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or any other aspects of the content of the Services.

  2. Our company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services by the user.

​Article 8 (Termination of Contract)

  1. If a user violates these Terms, our company may immediately terminate the user contract.

  2. The user shall not make any claims against our company for the termination of the contract.

​Article 9 (Privacy Protection)

Our company shall handle users' personal information appropriately and protect it in accordance with our privacy policy.

​Article 10 (Changes to the Terms)

Our company may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms will take effect when posted on our company's website.

​Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
