DREAM IT's online group training is divided into separate men's and women's groups, allowing up to 100 participants to enjoy a lively fitness experience via ZOOM. Each session is designed to foster a sense of accomplishment and mutual encouragement among participants. Each lesson lasts 40 minutes, offered once a week, and includes 30 minutes of training followed by a 10-minute Q&A session. These sessions occur four times a month. Led by experienced instructor Nick, the program is tailored to meet various needs, ensuring that each participant can fully enjoy their experience. Escape from your busy daily life and immerse yourself in fun fitness with family, friends, and like-minded individuals from around the world. Participating from home is easy, making it perfect for anyone looking to pursue a healthy lifestyle within a vibrant new community.

Please check the schedule and download the ZOOM app before your lesson. If you are unable to attend, there's no need to worry. After the lesson, a recording link will be sent to your email, which you can access and watch at any time over the next 30 days.

Women​

Every Saturday at 9 AM for 40 minutes

Note: We provide four lessons per month, so there will be no session on the fifth Saturday of any month.

Our women-only session focuses on improving flexibility and strength, in addition to sculpting a beautiful body line. This session is designed to maximize each participant's beauty and health in a supportive environment, as women encourage each other throughout the workout.

Our men-only session focuses on enhancing vitality and building muscle strength. The session is designed to maximize performance in an energetic environment, as men inspire each other through their workout.

  • How do I join a lesson?
    To join a class, simply register on our website by entering your details, selecting your preferred personal or group training session, choosing your payment method, and completing the registration process.
  • Can beginners participate?
    Yes, our training sessions are designed for participants of all skill levels, including beginners. Each session includes detailed explanations of movements to ensure everyone can follow along.
  • How should I set up my camera during the lesson?
    The use of a camera during lessons is optional, but we recommend the following settings: Group lessons: Turning on your camera helps share a sense of unity and accomplishment with other participants. Please ensure your audio is muted during the session. Personal training: Since these sessions are one-on-one, please turn on both your camera and audio to facilitate effective communication.
  • What equipment do I need for training?
    The training primarily utilizes your own body weight. Since the exercises include movements where you'll place your hands and knees on the ground, we recommend using a yoga mat.
  • Can I participate from overseas?
    Yes, you can join from anywhere in the world, but you will need a stable internet connection (we use ZOOM) and a payment method that we accept. This allows you to join the training from anywhere, even while traveling.
  • What language does Nick teach in?
    Nick's lessons are primarily conducted in Japanese. English subtitles are available during the lessons through Zoom's subtitle function. However, please note that these subtitles are generated automatically in real-time and may sometimes be challenging for overseas participants to understand. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • What payment methods are available?
    We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. For more details, please visit our Payment Methods page.
  • Will a receipt be issued?
    We do not issue separate receipts. Please use the statement from your credit card company or PayPal as a receipt for your payment records.
  • Is there a fee for registering as a member?
    No, there is no charge for membership to our site. Registration is free.
  • Can I get a refund after payment?
    Generally, refunds are not available once payment has been made. We encourage you to review the service details thoroughly before making a purchase.
  • Do exchange rate fluctuations affect pricing?
    For international payments, the actual amount charged may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations. Please consult your financial institution for the most current rates.
  • What are the monthly payment and cancellation dates?
    The payment date for the monthly fee is set based on the date the contract was initiated. Each payment occurs on this date monthly. If you wish to cancel, you must do so on the same day of the month as your contract started. However, you may continue attending lessons until the end of the current billing cycle after initiating cancellation.
  • How do I start personal training?
    To begin, fill out the inquiry form on our personal training page to schedule your initial consultation. During this session, we will discuss your goals and create a personalized training plan tailored to your needs.
  • How is my personal training scheduled?
    Your personal training sessions are scheduled according to your availability and coordination with our trainer, Nick. Please inform us of your preferred dates and times. We will collaborate with Nick to establish the most effective training schedule for you.
  • How many trainers are available to provide personal training?
    In this program, personal training is handled solely by our dedicated trainer, Nick.
  • What are the benefits of personal training?
    Personal training with Nick offers customized plans tailored to your individual needs, enabling you to reach your goals efficiently with the focused support you require.
  • What if I need to cancel my personal training session?
    Please contact Nick directly or use our Personal Inquiry form to cancel or reschedule your session as soon as possible.
  • What should I do to prepare for personal training?
    Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Additionally, we will assess your current fitness level and health status during the first session. It would be helpful to consider these aspects in advance.
  • How long is a group training session?
    Each session lasts 40 minutes, including 10 minutes dedicated to questions and answers.
  • Are group training sessions separated by gender?
    Yes, our group training is split into male-only and female-only classes.

    Yes, you are free to come and go during the lesson. However, please make sure to mute your audio.
  • Are you recording your group training lessons?
    Yes, all group training sessions are recorded, allowing those who cannot attend to watch the recordings later. Each recording is available for up to 30 days.
  • How can I watch a recording of a lesson?
    After the lesson, a link to the recording will be sent to your registered email address, allowing you to access and watch it at your convenience.
  • Is there a viewing limit for lesson recordings?
    Yes, each lesson recording link is accessible for 30 days following its distribution. Please ensure to view it within this timeframe.
  • Can I share my lesson recordings with others?
    Please do not share lesson recordings. They are intended for personal use only due to copyright restrictions.
  • Can I ask questions during group training?
    Yes, you may ask questions through the comments during the session. However, as the training is ongoing, we will address all questions in the Q&A session following the lesson.
  • Can I join a group training session late?
    Yes, you are free to join late or leave the lesson at any time.
